About Rick D. Banks

 

Rick is a native of the Central San Joaquin Valley and has focused on bankruptcy, family law and personal injury law  since 2000, when he formed his Fresno firm. Since forming his firm, Rick has continued his work as a family law, trial lawyer and mediator and has received multiple referrals from clients and other attorneys throughout Central California.

 


Rick earned his law degree in 1999 from San Joaquin Law School in California. Before starting his legal career, he was a successful business owner for 20 years. Prior to that, Rick spent 4 years in the U.S. Navy.

Rick is a member of the California Bar Association, Fresno County Bar Association, the Los Angeles Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
